Under Accessories Agency Online Service Guarantee Policy, we shall be responsible, for the period of 7 days (local delivery)/14days (oversea delivery) from the delivery date, for replacement or a full refund, if you are not satisfied for any reason below with any item.

How to return:
(1) Please fill out the return form completely and prepare a copy of the invoice. Enclose them with the item(s) you are returning.
(2) Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping carton or one similar and tape closed.
(3) Please send your package, including the completed return form and a copy of the invoice. Make sure your package is sent via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. C.O.D. (cash on delivery) is NOT allowed.
